		<description>Actually, the theme for this carnival is &lt;i&gt;always&lt;/i&gt; "work at learning; learning at work."  The original idea was to have a theme broad enough to give participants lots of scope, but not quite as broad as "western half of the galaxy."

Between the two carnivals thus far, we've had about 20 points.  The variety of opinions and levels of focus is exactly what such a carnival is supposed to produce.

Next carnival in May sounds good...</description>
